Preorder and Festival pickup

All preorders are festival pickup only.
Orders must be collected at HIVE Festival between June 17–22, 2026, during the official opening hours at the merchandise booth Infield.
No shipping or delivery is offered.


Shipping Conditions

We deliver worldwide via DHL.

Shipping Costs (including VAT)

Shipping costs are calculated based on the official DHL rates applicable to the destination country, plus a small handling fee.
The exact shipping cost will be displayed during checkout before you complete your order.

  • Germany: according to current DHL domestic shipping rates

  • European Union: according to current DHL international shipping rates

  • Outside Europe: according to DHL world zone rates

Delivery Times

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on destination, product availability, and processing time.
We are a small business and prepare each order with care.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Germany & EU: up to 3–4 weeks

  • Outside Europe: up to 4–6 weeks

We will send you a confirmation once your order has shipped.
No deliveries are made on Sundays or public holidays.
If you order multiple items with different delivery times, they will be shipped together unless otherwise agreed.

 

Pre-Order & Pickup (Festival)

Pre-order items are available exclusively for pickup at the festival. Shipping—neither before nor after the festival—is not available.

Pre-ordered items may be picked up exclusively between June 17, 2026, and June 22, 2026, during the announced opening hours at the merchandise booth Infield.

The customer is obligated to pick up the order within this period and to present the order confirmation as well as valid ID upon pickup.

If the order is not picked up within the specified period, we reserve the right to cancel the order after the event ends. Payments already made may be refunded, less any expenses incurred (e.g., production and setup costs).

There is no entitlement to subsequent shipping of the goods.

 

Customs and Import Duties

For deliveries outside the European Union, additional customs duties or import taxes may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

When paying by credit card, your card will be charged upon completion of the order.
