All pre-orders must select “Pick-up at HIVE Festival 2026” as the delivery option during checkout.

Orders can be collected from June 18–21, 2026 during official opening hours at the Infield merchandise booth.

Please make sure to bring your order confirmation email and a valid ID for collection.

In case of uncollected pre-orders a flat processing fee of EUR 25.00 per item will be deducted from the refund amount to cover the additional administrative and logistical costs incurred.
